Alex Torres, The Confidence Builder

 

Alex Torres is a Transformational Coach, Confidence Builder, and Speaker.  Vitality Life Coaching is about helping individuals break through self-sabotaging and oppressing patterns and build confidence so that they may experience more joy, peace of mind, and a more fun fulfilled life.

 Alex holds a B.S Degree in Social Services from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Life Coach, and is currently in grad school completing her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Prior to venturing into her own life coaching business, Alex has worked in the human services field for 10 years.

Alex has an innate passion for helping others and loves giving back to her community. Her personal story of pain and survival has fueled her passion.  She enjoys enlightening others with her life story of awakening and self-discovery.

Alex is a member of NAMI, CAMFT, Ewomen, and a Board Member for United Women’s Organization. Alex enjoys traveling, trying exotic foods, reading, spending time with her family, and living her life purpose.
