Biography
I grew up in Ca Hot Springs and attended Porterville High School.

I began my Real Estate career in 2005 and many years were spent raising my family and selling Real Estate in Springville, CA. In 2020 we moved to Exeter and have fully embraced small town life. Combined my husband and I have 5 teens, we currently have 2 at COS, 1 at UTI in Long Beach and 2 at Redwood High School. All of our children are involved in their own unique activities and my heart beams to watch them figure out their interests, pursue their passions and succeed in the areas their hearts take them.

I work full time as a Realtor with Tricia Kirksey Real Estate Group with Melson Realty, my primary office location is in Exeter and my alternate is Melson Realty in downtown Visalia. I have served for many years as a mentor to new agents, nothing brings me more joy than to see the spark ignite as they begin to understand the ins and outs of the real estate transaction and watch their confidence grow as their businesses succeed. I enjoy servicing all of Tulare County and have helped hundreds of families achieve their dream of homeownership.

One of my passions has been investing in real estate, currently I have a few long term rentals and several short term. I've also dipped my toe into house flipping. I love to share my real estate journey, investing and long term planning. I have mentored several people as they began their short term rental journeys and have found such joy in watching their success.
