Biography
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Ochs worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness and Nutrition Director for a national gym. She worked mainly with special populations, utilizing her certification in corrective exercise to help clients regain function and independence.

Seeing what the body was capable of when given the proper tools inspired her to return to school for her education in human biology and chiropractic.

She received her B.S. and D.C. from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Ochs is passionate about helping each patient reach their maximum potential without asking them to stop doing what they love – working to modify their activities until they are able to do them fully again. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself and Dr. Ochs strives to harness that with the use of chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, nutrition and other lifestyle modifications.

Dr. Ochs was raised in Visalia and recently returned after 20 years and is excited to serve the community here. She provides a safe space for all to embrace healing, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. In addition to traditional spine “cracking”, she also performs a unique sinus treatment called Nasal Specific Technique.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ochs is a mother to a medically fragile kiddo, a devoted wife and terrible gardener (lol). She LOVES karaoke.
Why do you want to join NFW?
I'm excited to join NFW to meet new people and grow my referral network in the Valley. Starting a new practice in a new town means starting all new relationships and I'm excited to grow that aspect.
