Community Leader | Entrepreneur | Philanthropist

Born in Bakersfield, California, I left my hometown to pursue higher education and graduated cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Fine Arts. I have been a proud member of the Visalia community since 1984, bringing with me a lifelong commitment to service, creativity, and leadership.

Professionally, I have spent the past 34 years as co-owner of several diverse ventures, including a real estate investment company, an ice manufacturing company, a bronze foundry, and a gift design and import business. In addition, I spent 20 years in medical marketing and public relations at both Visalia Medical Clinic and Kaweah Delta, where I developed a deep understanding of community health initiatives and outreach.

My true passion lies in supporting nonprofits and service organizations like Rotary. Whether planning galas, organizing golf tournaments, casino nights, fun runs, or "Rock’n on the Roof-top" events, I am committed to using my time and talents to raise funds and create lasting impact within our community.

As a dedicated Rotarian for 31 years and Past President of my club, I have held numerous leadership roles across local boards, including:

The Creative Center Foundation

The American Cancer Society

Visalia Chamber of Commerce (recognized as Woman of the Year in 2005)

Visalia Rotary Community Foundation

Kaweah Delta Hospice

Able Industries

Tulare County HOPE for the Homeless (TC Hope)

I am especially passionate about addressing homelessness and contributing to the betterment of our community through hands-on involvement and strategic support.

Since retiring, I’ve embraced pickleball as a favorite pastime and have found a new sense of camaraderie and community through the sport. Visalia is where I raised my family and have had the joy of watching my grandchildren grow and thrive. I am deeply committed to ensuring that our city remains as beautiful, prosperous, and vibrant for future generations as it has been throughout my 42 years here.
