Vice Mayor Liz Wynn represents the 

City of Visalia and District 1

A former City of Visalia Planning Commissioner and community supporter, Vice Mayor Wynn has personal and professional experience in planning issues, contract negotiations, community conflict and employee management. Vice Mayor Wynn most recently served as the Foundation Director for the Kaweah Health Foundation and now spends her time working with local non-profits and faith based groups as a dedicated community supporter.

Active in the community, Vice Mayor Wynn currently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution control district, CalVans, and Mid Kaweah GSA. Vice Mayor Wynn has previously served on the City of Visalia Housing Element Task Force and the City of Visalia Planning Policy Task Force, in addition to the City Planning Commission. Named the Assembly District 26 Woman of the Year, Vice Mayor Wynn is a College of the Sequoias Hall of Fame Inductee.
