I grew up in Grass Valley, California. I went to undergrad in San Diego (UCSD), then continued school in Texas and completed my internship at Fresno State. I worked for the VA hospital for 12 years then opened my own practice focusing on women’s nutrition, specifically working with hormones, digestion, and metabolism.
